RETURN POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a convenient and transparent return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free. 1. Return and Exchange Period:

  • You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • After initiating the return, you have an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach our return address.

    3. Reverse Pick-up Services:

    • Our courier will attempt pick-up twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to the company address.

      4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

      • For both COD and prepaid orders, we will process a refund to your bank account within 7 days from the day of return pickup.
      • For COD orders, COD charges of Rs. 49 will not be refunded

      5. Product Condition:

      • Please return your products in the same condition as they were shipped with the original packaging. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.

      6. Refund Process:

      • Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account.

          8. Cancellations:

          • Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

            • Bank account details provided by the customer will be final, and any errors in the details provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Gymsquad.
            • If you receive an SMS or email indicating that your order has been delivered, and you haven't received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
            • You are responsible for taking utmost care of the products while they are in your possession.

              10. Refund Process:

              • Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you of your refund eligibility via email within a reasonable period.
              • We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm your entitlement to a refund.
